Return Policy
New farm tractors and implements from CROPILOTS carry a one-year warranty effective from the date of shipping (Up to 3-year warranty is available for some models). Farm tractors and implements sold through dealers must be registered with CROPILOTS within 30 days of purchase to be covered by this warranty. CROPILOTS guarantees all new machines sold to be free of manufacturers’ defective workmanship, parts, and materials. We will repair or replace, without charge, any parts determined by CROPILOTS to be a manufacturer’s defect. We require that the defective item/part be returned to CROPILOTS with the complaint.
In the event the item/part is determined to be damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning, and/or misuse/abuse, the customer will be responsible for the cost to replace the item/part, plus all related shipping charges. This limited warranty does not apply to natural disasters; acts of terrorism; normal wear and tear; product failure due to lack of maintenance or cleaning; damage caused by accident, neglect, lack of or inadequate dust collection; and/or misuse/abuse or damage caused where repair or alterations have been made or attempted by others.
All items being returned to CROPILOTS must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) issued by the Customer Service Department. Products must be returned within 30 days from the received date. No merchandise shall be returned without an RMA number. Unapproved returns are subject to a 25% stocking fee plus round trip shipping charges. CROPILOTS is not responsible for additional tools or modifications sold or performed (other than from/by CROPILOTS) on any CROPILOTS farm tractor or implement. Warranty may be voided upon the addition of such described tools and/or modifications, determined on a case-by-case basis by CROPILOTS.
Normal user alignment, adjustment, tuning, and machine settings are not covered by this warranty. It is the responsibility of the user to understand basic farm machinery settings and procedures and to properly maintain the equipment in accordance with the standards provided by the manufacturer. Parts, under warranty, are shipped at CROPILOTS’s cost either by common carrier, FEDEX ground service or a similar method. Technical support to install replacement parts is primarily provided by phone, fax, email or CROPILOTS Customer Support Website. The labor required to install replacement parts is the responsibility of the user.
CROPILOTS is not responsible for damage or loss caused by a freight company or other circumstances not in our control. All claims for loss or damaged goods must be notified to CROPILOTS within twenty-four hours of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information. When a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) is issued, the customer has 30 days to return the part; otherwise, that number is cancelled and the return will not be accepted. No merchandise shall be returned without an RMA number. Replacement parts/accessories/machines are sent free of charge providing the item being replaced is returned to CROPILOTS within 30 days. Please keep all packaging materials to repack the parts/accessories/machine being replaced. If the item is a small item, a return label will be enclosed in your package. Do not throw this away. Please package the item and write both inside and outside of the box the RMA number which was provided through an email and or verbally at the time of the request.
In the event that the item (farm tractor or implement) is not returned to CROPILOTS, you will be responsible for the cost of the item. Your account will be billed.
No service will be given until this balance is paid or the item is returned in good condition.
