Refund Policy
In case of dissatisfaction with our services or products, purchasers have the liberty to request a refund from us. Our refund policy is as follows:
Purchasers shall be eligible for a refund of the purchased product according to the terms of this policy (“Refund Policy”). The Refund Policy shall not supersede or replace CROPILOTS’s limited warranty or disclaimer of such warranty contained in CROPILOTS’s End User License Agreement. The Refund Policy is applicable solely within the timelines set forth herein and subject to the requirements set forth herein.
If you wish to request a refund for our product, please follow these steps:
Submit a formal request in writing by emailing support@cropilots.com or call +86-15589711995 to confirm the refund.
The product should be returned within 30 days after the date of dispatch. After receiving your product, shipping charges, transaction charges, and packing charges will be deducted from your refund amount. The remaining amount will be transferred to your account if the product does not have any damage.
If we receive the product after 30 days from the date of delivery, it will not be accepted.
If paid by credit card, debit card, or net banking, refunds will be issued to the original credit card, debit card, or net banking account provided at the time of purchase. In case of payment gateway transactions, the refund will be made to the same account.
