  3. Custom and OEM Service: The divisions and partnerships of CROPILOTS welcome both custom work and OEM customers. We have a broad range of capabilities and manufacturing strengths, which makes it possible for CROPILOTS to customize our existing products for OEM customers.

After-Sales Service

  1. We will supply the farm tractors or farm implements with training video and user’s manual in English for installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. We shall provide technical guidance through Desktop remote, E-mail, Telephone, Mobile, WhatsApp, Skype, 24/7 online chat, and so on when you encounter issues with installation, operation, or adjustment. (Recommended)
  2. You can come to our farm tractors and farm implements factory for training. We will offer professional guidance, direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipment, all sorts of tools, and testing facilities. Training Time: 3~5 days. (Recommended)
  3. Our engineer can provide door-to-door instruction training service at your local site. We require your assistance in dealing with visa formalities, prepayment of traveling expenses, and accommodation for our engineers during the business trip and service period before their dispatch. It is advisable to arrange a translator for both of our engineers during the training period.

Please note that there are no free samples of agricultural machinery, and overseas customers need to pay for international express delivery.
