Anti-Spam & Fraud Policy
This document informs you about the Anti-Spam & Fraud Policy (“Policy”) established by CROPILOTS (the “Company”) for internet marketing. If we find that you have violated the terms and conditions set forth in this policy, your membership will be revoked, and any active account will be closed.
Scope
This policy applies to all individuals who have access to the company email account, including but not limited to users, members, customers, employees, and independent contractors.
Definition
For the purpose of this policy, “spam” refers to any unsolicited electronic commercial messages. This includes any activity where you transmit, either directly or indirectly, email messages to any email address that does not request or consent to such transmission.
Fraud and spam detection starts with awareness, which can only come from the ability to track and audit a large volume of reviews to identify some of the suspicious hallmarks. At CROPILOTS, the solution to this lies in acquiring review monitoring software and putting it in the hands of a designated department or staffer. With the software, monitoring of questionable contents can be scaled to detect and deal with fraudulent or spammy reviews.
Spam Filtering
The company’s messaging system will scan all incoming messages for spam. If you believe that your message was incorrectly marked as spam, please inform the message recipient so they can try other means of communication.
Zero Tolerance
The company strictly and uncompromisingly prohibits spamming. The mass emailing of unsolicited emails, or any other unsolicited emails for marketing our product, services, or programs are not allowed.
Advertisements
Advertisements that are posted in messages boards or chat rooms, which are specifically prohibited by their terms and conditions, shall also be considered as spamming activity. Irrelevant topics that are posted as advertisements in newsgroups in flagrant violation of the terms and conditions of such newsgroups, or if such newsgroup does not specifically allow such postings, shall, for the purpose of this policy, be considered as spamming activity.
CROPILOTS prohibits the use of the website to post reviews with the following types of content:
- Posts any content that advocates, promotes, or otherwise encourages violence against any governments, organizations, groups, or individuals or which provides instruction, information, or assistance in causing or carrying out such violence.
- Provides, sells, or offers to sell or rent any mailing list.
- Provides material that is abusive, bigoted, prejudiced, racist, hateful, profane, obscene, violent, harassing, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or otherwise illegal content.
- Posts or discloses any personally identifying information or private information about children.
- Violates the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, intellectual property, or other rights of another.
- Engages in any libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing activity.
- Displays material that exploits children, or otherwise exploits children under 18 years of age.
- Sells or promotes any products or services that are unlawful in the location at which the content is posted or received.
- Promotes, solicits, or participates in pyramid schemes.
- Introduces viruses, worms, harmful code, and/or Trojan horses on the Internet.
- Provides, sells, or offers to sell (or services related to): pornography; escort services; illegal goods; illegal drugs; illegal drug contraband; pirated computer programs; instructions on how to assemble or otherwise make bombs, grenades, or other weapons.
Violation
If you are found to have violated the terms and conditions of this policy, we reserve the right to end your participation in our program, including terminating your account.
Policy Updates
The Company has the right to modify and/or change this Policy as seen fit.
To ensure the professionalism and comprehensiveness of this Anti-Spam & Fraud Policy, we encourage users and members to report any instances of spamming, fraud, or policy violations to us. This will help us maintain a secure and reliable platform for all users and members.
Reporting Violations

Enforcement
CROPILOTS may, at its discretion, take action against any individuals or entities found to be in violation of this policy. Actions may include, but are not limited to, account suspension, account termination, legal action, and cooperation with law enforcement agencies as appropriate.
